FAQ

Can I trim without losing quality?
WAV exports are lossless. MP3 exports involve re-encoding; use higher bitrates for transparency.
How do I avoid clicks at cut points?
Enable Fade in/out (e.g., 0.5–1 s) to smooth transitions.
Does normalise change dynamics?
Normalise raises/lowers overall level to a target loudness; it does not compress dynamics.
Can I export mono for speech?
Yes — mono at 96–128 kbps saves space while keeping clarity.
How do I make an iPhone ringtone (M4R)?
Export MP3/WAV here, then add to the Music app (macOS/Windows) and create an M4R. See Apple’s guide or third-party tutorials.
Is it legal and safe?
Use only for content you own or have permission to download; follow platform Terms and local laws.
