• Infringing or violating any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
• Automated scraping, excessive requests, or actions that disrupt the service.
• Using the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

All trademarks, logos, and brand names referenced remain the property of their respective owners. MP3stack does not claim ownership of any third-party content processed through the service.

The service may contain links to or rely on third-party platforms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms. We do not control, and are not responsible for, their content or practices.

8. Availability & Modifications

The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice and without liability. We may also update these Terms periodically; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MP3stack and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MP3stack, its affiliates, and staff from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MP3stack operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MP3stack regarding the use of the service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
