If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
Identification of the material removed and the location (URL) where it appeared before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts for your address (or, if outside the U.S., the courts for our service location), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
